Idea Mass is the patented plate, entirely made in Italy with the finest carbon steel and subjected to strict heat treatments, revolutionising the construction of circular formworks.
The rebars are not used as spacers but as connecting belts, both internally and externally.
Idea Mass does not need to be nailed, it is self-supporting and compatible with both boards and panels.
Idea Mass can be reused multiple times, takes up little space, and always keeps the formwork under tension and perfectly plumb.
The distance between one plate and the next is 50 cm, or less in the case of more demanding structures.
Two plates are used for each spacer, therefore 10/12 plates are needed per m², half on the external formwork and half on the internal formwork.
